- Dr. Robert O. Samms
Dr. Robert O. Samms will be the main presenter and
will train other presenters in strategies and methodologies.
Dr. Samms has more than thirty years of experience as
a public speaker and family counselor. He obtained a
master’s degree from Andrews University in Michigan
and a doctorate degree from McGill University in Montreal,
Canada. He has a working knowledge of French and a reading
and limited speaking ability in Spanish. Dr. Samms served
in three professions: educator as school principal
and education superintendent for a private school system;
business administrator; clergyman and family counselor.
His most recent professional assignment was President
of Quebec Conference of churches and schools, Quebec,
Canada. He was re-elected to office three times and
enjoyed significant success in managing a large staff
of professionals, subsidiary organizations, and people
from different ethnic origins. Dr. Robert Samms and
his wife Pamela reside in Jacksonville, Florida.

- Mrs. Pamela R. Samms
Mrs. Pamela R. Samms, wife of Dr. Samms for forty-plus
forty years, is managing partner for Marriage Motivational
Series. She helped develop the program. She also serves
as treasurer.
Pamela has a bachelor of education degree from Andrews
University in Michigan and a master’s degree in
education from University of Alberta, Canada. She has
several diplomas and certifications and taught for over
40 years in four countries. She is pursuing a doctor’s
degree in education.
Public Relations Associate - Tamaylia R. Dow
Tamaylia holds two master’s degrees
in education from Columbia University, one being in
counseling. For the past ten years she has worked in
the field of remedial education for youth in New York
City. For the past four years she served as director
for the youth remedial program.
Public Relations Assistant - Rose Sanzone
Rose has a master of Arts degree in counseling and has conducted her own counseling service.
Public Relations Assistant - Alicia Samms
Alicia
holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree
and Masters Degree in Public Administration.
